As a Front Desk Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure. In addition to guest service duties, the role involves administrative tasks such as handling guest mail and messages, managing guest safe deposits, and ensuring that the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable at all times. Knowledge of emergency and security procedures is crucial, as you will be responsible for the safety and security of guests and staff in your area. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
