Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior related experience
- ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
- ability to build and interpret business communications and reports
- basic mathematical skills
- highly skilled in solving practical problems, using good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations
- excellent interpersonal and service skills
- ability to resolve conflict, think on feet, influence and mentor others
Job Qualifications

- associate's degree or college education is advantageous
- 3+ years of related experience is preferred
- prior management or supervisory experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise the Front Office daily operations
- assist guests with check-in and check-out as well as providing support and assisting the Front Desk staff with questions or guest situations
- greet and welcome owners and guests upon arrival
- register guests into the computer verifying reservation, address, and credit information
- promote Hilton Grand Vacation services and provide recognition and benefits to all present members
- train and direct new department team members
- ensure all Front Office quality standards are applied consistently and policies and procedures are followed
- provide ongoing training and support to the team
- maintain a house bank, make deposits, and accurately report receipts daily
- supervise and ensure timely and proper registration and check-out of guests
- assign tasks to subordinates related to credit, missing addresses, registration cards, posting charges, and front desk organization
- post miscellaneous charges as requested
- maintain a daily log of all guests' opportunities with corrective action steps
- follow up on unresolved situations and communicate to management
- follow up on credit opportunities during each shift
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards
