The resort is a beacon of excellence in the hospitality industry, offering guests a unique blend of winery charm and a full-service resort experience. It has earned a reputation for attentive service and high-quality offerings, making it a sought-after destination for travelers seeking relaxation, recreation, and memorable experiences.

The resort fosters a supportive work environment that emphasizes associate growth through ongoing training and development, ensuring that each team member is well-equipped to deliver exceptional service. Perks for employees include discounts on hotel stays, spa services, golf, food and beverage, and retail purchases. Additionally, employees gain access to the YouDecide® discount program, which offers negotiated rates for vacation planning, rental cars, entertainment, consumer goods, and cell phone plans, reflecting the company's investment in the well-being of its staff.

The current opportunity is for a Front Office Supervisor who will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office operations to ensure outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and compliance with corporate and franchise standards. This role is pivotal in managing the arrival, departure, and overall guest interaction processes, making sure these experiences are seamless, efficient, and welcoming. Communication plays a vital role in this position, requiring strong verbal and written skills to deliver instructions to staff and interact with guests successfully. The ideal candidate must be able to remain composed under pressure, especially during busy periods or emergencies, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

This role demands a candidate with keen attention to detail, hospitality experience, and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit various audiences. The company encourages individuals from diverse backgrounds, including U.S. military veterans, to apply, emphasizing inclusivity and equal opportunity. Although the position is not eligible for tips or discretionary performance bonuses, the comprehensive benefits package and employee discounts enhance the overall employment value at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. This role promises a dynamic work environment where passion for hospitality and guest service excellence can thrive.
