The company manages multiple residential properties, employing modern security systems and protocols to ensure resident satisfaction and safety. Their reputation is built upon professionalism, responsiveness, and a proactive attitude towards managing building operations and resident experiences.

As a Front Desk Associate at this company, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all residents, guests, and service providers. This full-time position, offering an hourly wage between $16.00 and $17.00, entails operating independently with minimal supervision. Your duties will not only focus on customer service excellence but also on monitoring and managing electronic security control systems to maintain a safe environment. Strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail are critical for success in this role.

The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for greeting and directing residents and visitors, processing check-ins and check-outs, monitoring access controls, and responding swiftly and effectively to any emergency situations that arise. Comprehensive training is provided to understand emergency response protocols and procedures for access control, facilitating a confident approach in managing building safety.

Additionally, this role demands accurate maintenance of daily logs, records, and forms to ensure a thorough documentation trail of building activities and security incidents. The associate will also address and resolve any complaints or issues brought forward by residents or guests, ensuring their concerns are managed with professionalism and courtesy. The ability to work extended hours and respond to off-hour emergencies is required as part of the job duties.

The position does not involve supervisory responsibilities but offers opportunities for personal growth within the property management field. The company also values a diverse workforce and encourages candidates with multiple language fluencies as an asset to enhance communication with a multicultural resident base.

Throughout your employment, you will have access to comprehensive benefits including multiple medical plans, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Occasional travel may be necessary to attend training sessions or company events, offering additional avenues for learning and professional development.
