Additionally, your duties include assisting with various general concierge services and performing administrative tasks such as clerical work and managing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. The job requires regular monitoring of the premises by walking designated areas to ensure safety and security. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, multitasking ability, knowledge of security systems, and a customer service-oriented attitude. Flexibility to perform various duties as assigned by supervisors and the ability to work extended and flexible hours, including weekends, is essential. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to respond to emergencies
  • Flexibility to work extended and flexible hours
  • Willingness to occasionally work overtime
  • Must be able to complete necessary forms accurately
  • Good physical stamina for walking, standing, and occasional climbing
  • Ability to work weekends and attend meetings
  • Must follow access control and emergency response procedures
  • Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and service providers

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
