The position available is for Front Desk Staff, tasked with providing essential office and administrative support. This is an in-person role that involves direct interaction with individuals seeking services, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Front Desk Staff play a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting individuals with intake processes. Additionally, this role encompasses supporting phone coverage across three different office buildings, which requires adaptability and multitasking. A unique aspect of this position includes providing training for office internship students, helping to facilitate their professional growth and ensuring smooth internship experiences. Collaborative work with other staff members on various program projects is also a vital component of this role, fostering teamwork and engagement across departments. As needed, Front Desk Staff may be asked to fill in and support some vocational classes, adding variety to the daily work routine and contributing to the agency’s educational initiatives. Offering a pay rate between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour, this role also includes eligibility for bonuses, making it both financially rewarding and personally gratifying.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative support or front desk services
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple phone lines and scheduling tasks

  • flexibility to assist with vocational classes when needed
