This vital role involves managing front desk operations seamlessly, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring a positive first impression that reflects our office's values and standards. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for greeting them warmly and making them feel comfortable and attended to promptly. You will manage a multi-line phone system, handle scheduling appointments, and maintain clear communication with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.

We value professionalism combined with a personable approach, ensuring every patient’s visit starts with a smile and efficient service. While experience with office management software such as Dentrix is preferred, it is not mandatory as training can be provided. Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial, as you will support various office functions, including managing correspondence with referring offices, assisting with clerical tasks such as emailing patient records requests, updating patient information, and importing x-rays.

This paid position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive compensation ranging between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour. Job Duties
