Job Description
We are a dynamic dental office dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Our practice is committed to excellence in dental health services, leveraging modern technology and a compassionate team to ensure every patient receives personalized attention and high-quality treatment. Located in a convenient, accessible setting, our dental office prides itself on a professional yet friendly atmosphere where teamwork and patient satisfaction are at the forefront of everything we do. We believe that a great dental experience begins at the front desk, which is why we are looking for a team-oriented, friendly Front Desk Staff member to join our practice and be the welcoming face for all our patients.
This vital role involves managing front desk operations seamlessly, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring a positive first impression that reflects our office's values and standards. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for greeting them warmly and making them feel comfortable and attended to promptly. You will manage a multi-line phone system, handle scheduling appointments, and maintain clear communication with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
We value professionalism combined with a personable approach, ensuring every patient’s visit starts with a smile and efficient service. While experience with office management software such as Dentrix is preferred, it is not mandatory as training can be provided. Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial, as you will support various office functions, including managing correspondence with referring offices, assisting with clerical tasks such as emailing patient records requests, updating patient information, and importing x-rays.
This paid position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive compensation ranging between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour. We provide an engaging work environment where your organizational talents and office management skills will be recognized and developed. By joining our team, you will have the chance to contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere, ensuring every patient’s experience is welcoming and professional.
Our office embraces diversity and encourages bilingual candidates, as it enhances our ability to serve a broad range of clients with varied needs effectively. Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools, is beneficial. You should have prior experience in a dental office or a similar administrative role, but if you bring a teachable attitude and a passion for patient service, we are willing to train the right candidate.
We are seeking individuals who are proactive, enjoy supporting a team environment, and excel in communication, multitasking, and prioritizing patient needs. If you are looking to develop your career in administrative dental services and want to work in a supportive, energetic, and professional setting, this position is the perfect fit. Join us and be part of a team that values excellent patient care and a collaborative work culture.
