Bella Santé is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Spa Concierge professionals to join their team. The Spa Concierge acts as the welcoming point for spa guests and members, ensuring that every visit is smooth, enjoyable, and personalized. The Spa Concierge is responsible for greeting all guests with warmth and professionalism, answering telephone inquiries, and assisting clients with detailed questions regarding spa services and retail products. In addition to these customer-facing duties, this role includes administrative responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing check-ins and check-outs to ensure seamless operations. The Spa Concierge also plays a crucial role in maintaining the retail area by keeping items fully stocked and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
