- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle payments accurately

Job Duties
- Greet members warmly and check them in
- arrange and schedule member appointments
- process payments for services
- assist members with equipment and retail products
- provide members with beverages while they wait
- perform reception desk opening and closing duties
- adhere to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member and guest service
