One of the newest additions to this innovative wellness network is the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa located in Fort Worth, Texas. As the company grows, it is seeking to build a dedicated team for the Vitality Suite Front Desk, which is a critical hub for member engagement and service facilitation. Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, the Vitality Suite staff play a pivotal role in ensuring that every member’s experience is seamless and enjoyable.

The role of Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff is designed for individuals passionate about wellness and customer service. This position requires working 20-29 hours per week with availability during nights and weekends to meet the diverse schedules of members. The primary responsibilities involve greeting members warmly, managing appointment scheduling, processing payments, and assisting members with equipment use and retail products. Adherence to Canyon Ranch’s high standards of world-class service ensures members always feel welcomed and valued.

In this role, friendliness and professionalism go hand in hand. Staff are expected to create a positive and supportive environment by providing attentive service, including offering beverages while members wait for their services. Opening and closing the reception desk responsibly and maintaining an organized, efficient check-in process are also critical components of the position.
