With a mission to build confident swimmers, Goldfish Swim School emphasizes creating a positive and engaging experience for families and children alike. Each location operates as an independently owned and operated franchise, ensuring an intimate and community-focused approach to swim education. The team at Goldfish Swim School strives to deliver the Golden Experience, a unique blend of WOW customer service and high-quality swim lessons that fosters trust and long-term relationships with the families they serve.
As a part-time Front Desk Sales & Member Services representative at Goldfish Swim School, you will be an essential part of the team, serving as one of the first points of contact for families. This role involves supporting membership growth through effective sales techniques, relationship building, and managing front desk operations. You will play a pivotal role in welcoming new families, helping them find the right swim lesson programs tailored to their needs, and nurturing ongoing relationships with current members to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement.
This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by achieving goals, enjoy helping others find solutions, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $17 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, paid training, lifeguard certification, and opportunities for professional growth. The schedule is set weekly with at least one weekday evening shift and a weekend shift required each week, making this a flexible opportunity suitable for those who enjoy working in a lively and supportive atmosphere.
In this role, your responsibilities will extend beyond sales to include front desk management tasks such as processing registrations, scheduling lessons, administrative duties, event coordination, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will contribute to cultivating a positive team culture that aligns with the core values of integrity, compassion, and trust. Certification in Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED is provided, emphasizing the school’s commitment to safety and professional development.
Joining Goldfish Swim School means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive work environment that values every individual's unique background and perspective. The company prides itself on fostering a culture that embodies respect and equality, ensuring that all team members feel welcomed and empowered to contribute to the mission. Whether you’re passionate about customer service, sales, or community engagement, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a difference in children’s lives through swim education.
