We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a Concierge who will embody the spirit of hospitality and act as the welcoming face of one of our luxury properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring a secure, friendly, and efficient environment within the premises. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance and information that meets the highest standards of service. Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting professionally, managing communications, coordinating services such as package deliveries and maintenance, and maintaining the lobby environment. This position demands a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills combined with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, adapting to flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and delivery personnel professionally and warmly
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests in person and via phone or email
  • Maintain front desk shift logs
  • Coordinate services such as package deliveries and maintenance requests
  • Manage building communications, calendar, and reservations for amenity spaces
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby area
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events
  • Assist with emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed
