This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $20, dependent on experience. The role requires flexibility, as shifts rotate between 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the 24-hour operational nature of the hotel. Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous 4 to 6-week training program, attending 4 to 5 days per week across different shifts to develop proficiency in front desk operations.
The Front Desk Representative plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards of customer service that Hilton Garden Inn is known for. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations, handling phone inquiries, balancing daily transactions, and promptly responding to guests’ needs, questions, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Performance excellence is expected at all times to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant experience.
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, including a very upbeat and friendly personality to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently are crucial competencies for this role.
