  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Provide accurate information about company services and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary
  • Ensure office security by managing visitor access and following company procedures
