Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Provide accurate information about company services and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary
- Ensure office security by managing visitor access and following company procedures
