Currently, Bubon Orthodontics is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Care Specialist to join their dynamic team. The Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Care Specialist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include greeting patients warmly, managing patient registrations, coordinating appointments, and handling billing support and patient account management. The specialist also assists with insurance claims, maintains accurate patient records, and provides general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between multiple office locations

Job Duties

  • Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
  • register new patients in accordance with office protocols
  • assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation
  • assist with patient account management, including financial coordination, billing support, and account follow-up
  • verify, update, and accurately input patient information
  • maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
  • answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • respond to patient inquiries and requests for information
  • schedule and confirm appointments according to office procedures
  • review daily appointment schedule
  • organize referrals to specialists as needed
  • collect and receipt payments at time of treatment
  • coordinate and arrange payment plans with patients
  • submit insurance claims and manage documentation
  • maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
  • become cross-trained with orthodontic technology and assist with patient records
  • perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by management
