This opportunity is for a Licensed Medical Assistant who will serve as the face of Maven Haus while supporting clinical and administrative tasks in a hybrid role. This position is far more than a traditional front desk job; it integrates front desk hospitality, client management, and clinical assistance for aesthetic providers. The role requires a polished, personable, and highly organized individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced aesthetics environment. The Licensed Medical Assistant at Maven Haus will be expected to manage front desk operations including client check-ins and check-outs, appointment scheduling, communication through phone calls, texts, and emails, payment processing, and membership management. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate client records and educating clients on the aesthetic services and products offered. On the clinical side, the assistant supports aesthetic injectors and providers by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with client prep and post-care instructions, handling photography and chart preparation, and maintaining inventory and clinic cleanliness.

The role also features a strong retail component that includes recommending skincare products, assisting with purchases of branded products like SkinMedica and Colorescience, and helping maintain retail displays and inventory. Candidates will contribute to creating a luxury guest experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and hospitality, as well as providing behind-the-scenes support for social media content and brand presence.
