Job Requirements
- Active California Medical Assistant license
- Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with multitasking ability
- Confidence with client interaction and scheduling systems
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Willingness to work weekends
- Ability to maintain professionalism and hospitality

- Confidence with client interaction, scheduling systems, and skincare/product recommendations

- Willingness to work some weekends
Job Duties
- Create an elevated, welcoming, and seamless experience for every client entering Maven Haus
- Manage front desk operations including client check-ins/check-outs, appointment scheduling and confirmations, phone calls, text communication, and email correspondence
- Process payments and memberships
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist aesthetic injectors and providers with treatment room setup and turnover, client prep and post-care instructions, photography and chart preparation, inventory organization, and maintaining cleanliness
- Support retail and client education by recommending skincare products, assisting clients with SkinMedica and Colorescience purchases, and maintaining retail displays and inventory
- Help create a luxury-level guest experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and hospitality
- Contribute to social media content and overall brand presence
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the clinic
- Work collaboratively with injectors, estheticians, and the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
- Take initiative, stay proactive, and help create a positive team culture
- Represent the Maven Haus brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
