- must have basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Job Duties
- Manage the front desk area
- handle customer service issues politely, efficiently, and promptly
- handle all routine and non-routine customer service complaints
- assure that all problem issues are in process of being resolved and contact has been made with the requestor
- answering incoming phone calls, sorting mail and daily deliveries
- greeting and screening visitors
- import and finalizing orders
- return authorizations for defective or wrong shipments
- resolve issues with orders once the order has been processed and forwarded
- document and retain any communication regarding a given issue
- misc. team duties
- filing, phone back up
- special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed
