Job Duties

  • Schedule pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients for surgery center appointments
  • Assist with insurance verification as needed
  • Answer and manage incoming calls with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
  • Work in acceptable business attire
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members
