Gateway Endoscopy Center is now seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in providing outstanding patient care and facilitating smooth office operations. The Front Desk Receptionist will act as the initial point of contact for patients and families, staff, and physicians, making a strong impact on patient experience. This position requires processing patient admissions, managing paperwork accurately, updating patient information within the systems, and handling financial transactions according to office procedures. Strong communication skills and proficiency in office equipment and medical terminology are essential. This full-time position offers weekday shifts only, with no weekends or holidays, presenting an excellent work-life balance. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work weekdays only without holidays or weekends
