The role of Front Desk Concierge at ALTAFIT is a key position that offers candidates an opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organization. As the initial point of contact for members and visitors, the Front Desk Concierge embodies the company’s core values and standards by consistently delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest level of facility cleanliness, and effectively managing front desk operations. This position requires a personable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can greet members warmly, guide prospective clients through the membership sign-up process, and ensure every athlete’s membership details are current and compliant. Responsibilities include conducting facility walk-throughs for cleanliness, fielding member inquiries, managing phone communications, supporting other departments with related tasks, and leading tours for potential new members.

  • Extremely personable and outgoing
  • Ability to manage a busy CRM
  • Extremely organized and motivated
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
  • Proactive, organize and pay attention to details
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve client issues in a friendly and timely fashion
  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports

Job Duties

  • Uphold the core values, standards and operations created for ALTAFIT
  • Greet members entering the facility
  • Manage the process of signing up new members
  • Ensure every athlete has an active membership and signed waiver
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility by performing hourly facility walk-throughs
  • Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies
  • Aid other departments with related tasks
  • Answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Conduct tours for prospective members
