Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests
- explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment
- checks guests out of the hotel and prepares and explains the bill
- responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs and providing personalized recommendations
- works flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- maintains attention to detail and problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction
- communicates effectively in English to provide clear and courteous guest interactions
