Job Requirements

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license
  • ability to pass criminal background check
  • maintain Fingerprint Clearance Card through DPS within 7 days of hire
  • First Aid and CPR certified
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • 1-5 years administrative experience
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-5 years administrative experience
  • experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment
  • good interpersonal skills, personal appearance, and character
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to work cooperatively with other staff members and clients in a positive manner
  • bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide outbound call to clients for reminder appointments
  • schedule appointments
  • communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • manage calendars
  • prepare filing assistance
  • maintain telephone directory and company information
  • advise supervisor of any issues to ensure orderly administrative operations
  • perform general office administrative activities such as copying, filing, delivering, and using the telephone
  • lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • prepare scheduled daily activities for various community resources
  • provide marketing skills for networking purposes
  • plan and prepare for various event venues
