Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of most Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding Human Resources matters
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform opening and closing procedures
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of most Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding Human Resources matters
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of office safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary front-of-house contact for the corporate office
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries including logging and tracking shipments
- Administer employee and visitor security badge processes and partner with Facilities on building access and security protocols
- Maintain evacuation logs, emergency procedures, and support office safety communications
- Support administrative onboarding functions and coordinate associate materials such as name badges and business cards
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Training teams including report preparation and learner library management
