This clinic is known for its commitment to patient-centered care and delivering top-quality medical services through a highly skilled team of orthopedic specialists and support staff. The clinic operates in a fast-paced environment and aims to enhance the patient experience by combining clinical excellence with compassionate service. The clinic offers a professional, supportive, and dynamic workplace that prioritizes both patient satisfaction and employee growth.
The role available is for a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the orthopedic clinic. This position is critical in ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment patients arrive. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering and routing phone calls, and efficiently handling patient check-in and check-out procedures. Additionally, the receptionist will enter patient data promptly, verify insurance and demographic details, collect co-pays, and schedule follow-up appointments. The role also includes essential administrative tasks such as chart preparation, scanning, indexing medical records, and performing other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with no weekend or major holiday shifts required, which supports a good work-life balance. The clinic offers a competitive environment where the receptionist must demonstrate strong communication skills, dependability, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask amid a busy medical office setting. Experience with electronic medical records systems like Epic is preferred but not mandatory, and prior medical office experience of at least one year is required. Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Overall, this role is ideal for someone seeking stable employment in the healthcare sector with opportunities to interact with patients and support clinical operations effectively.
