Reno Tahoe Plastic Surgery represents the refined med spa experience within the CPP Clinics umbrella, led by the highly respected Dr. McCormack. Renowned for her surgical expertise, Dr. McCormack also emphasizes transparency, compassion, and personalized care throughout the practice. Her vision shapes a med spa environment that supports, informs, and empowers patients at every stage of their aesthetic journey. The facility focuses on treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety, education, and long-term confidence. Supported by a skilled team of aestheticians, expert injectors, registered nurses, and dedicated patient coordinators, the med spa fosters a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring exceptional patient care and transformative results.
This full-time, onsite position operates from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. The role centers on providing exceptional front desk and patient coordination services, serving as the first point of contact for patients and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, gathering necessary information and inputting it accurately into the system, handling payments, managing phone communications, promoting sales and special promotions, maintaining retail product displays, assisting with cleanliness, and ensuring patient comfort throughout the facility. The position requires excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, with prior experience in a customer-facing medical or med spa environment highly preferred. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, personable, and committed to supporting a positive and professional med spa environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- prior experience in a medical office or med spa preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in computer use and data entry
- ability to multitask and manage phone calls efficiently
- attention to detail
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- 2 years experience in a customer facing role
- experience in medical office or med spa is a plus
- experience answering phones in an office environment
- excellent communication, organizational, and management skills
- proficient computer and typing skills
Job Duties
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- gather requisite patient information, place in chart, and enter in computer
- check patients out and collect all fees as required
- answer incoming phone calls, retrieve messages from voicemail, schedule appointments, record complete messages, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel
- accurately promote and provide detailed information about sales and special promotions
- ensure retail products are consistently stocked and well-organized
- assist with light housekeeping duties maintaining cleanliness as needed
- ensure comfort of patients in waiting room and cleanliness throughout the office
