Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • proficiency in computer systems including Opera
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Japanese language skills are preferred
  • excellent communication and organization skills
  • previous customer service experience
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • passion for service and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests
  • ensure a complete and accurate folio
  • assist with reservations and Concierge on an as needed basis to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • handle guest requests, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
  • maintain accurate guest records and billing
  • collaborate with Front Desk Management team
  • provide excellent telephone and interpersonal communication
