Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- proficiency in computer systems including Opera
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Japanese language skills are preferred
- excellent communication and organization skills
- previous customer service experience
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- possess legal work authorization in the United States
- passion for service and hospitality
Job Duties
- Responsible for the seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests
- ensure a complete and accurate folio
- assist with reservations and Concierge on an as needed basis to ensure a seamless guest experience
- handle guest requests, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
- maintain accurate guest records and billing
- collaborate with Front Desk Management team
- provide excellent telephone and interpersonal communication
