Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Good command of the English language
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
- Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Maintains knowledge of hotel facilities and services to inform and assist guests effectively
- Coordinates with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handles payment transactions and reconciles accounts accurately
- Adheres to the hotel's policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality protocols
