Job Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • handle guest accounts and process payments
  • answer guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • field and resolve guest complaints professionally
  • maintain accurate records and reports
  • coordinate with other hotel departments for guest requests
