Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
  • professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • tech-savvy
  • comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
  • reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • experience in residential or hotel concierge roles preferred
  • familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
  • greet visitors and manage front desk operations professionally and warmly
  • answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly
  • manage package deliveries, visitor logs, and amenity reservations
  • coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with building staff
  • maintain accurate front desk and shift logs
  • monitor lobby activity and support building safety procedures
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
  • provide local recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events
  • assist with emergency response procedures when needed
