Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
- professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- tech-savvy
- comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
- reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- experience in residential or hotel concierge roles preferred
- familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions preferred

Job Duties
