We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a dedicated, full-time Legal Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. This in-office position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to grow their career in the legal field. As the cornerstone of our front office, the Legal Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our firm. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational abilities, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
The Legal Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will serve as the welcoming face of the firm, greeting clients warmly and creating a positive first impression. Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails, this individual will be the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, directing inquiries, and coordinating schedules with precision. A critical aspect of this role involves managing client intake, assisting with communication efforts, and meticulously organizing both digital and physical documents and files to maintain seamless workflows.
Additionally, the role includes supporting the preparation and facilitation of client meetings, proofreading and formatting legal documents, and assisting with signing appointments. Candidates with prior legal experience will find this role particularly rewarding, though it is not a mandatory requirement. The compensation reflects a salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on experience, complemented by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional advancement within our firm.

- Prior experience as a receptionist administrative assistant or front desk coordinator welcomed but not required

Job Duties
