  • 1 year of switchboard or phone experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 preferred

Job Duties

  • Receives hospital guests, patients and vendors, ascertains their needs, and directs them appropriately
  • Courteously answers the phone and directs calls to the correct department or staff
  • Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures
  • Checks appointment locations and directs guests to an appropriate office or departmental area
  • Completes assignments supporting Leadership by designated deadlines
  • Monitors patients and visitors in lobby area
  • Coordinates with Admissions, EVS, Facilities Department, and Security as appropriate
