Experience using Microsoft Office 365 preferred

Job Duties

Receives hospital guests, patients and vendors, ascertains their needs, and directs them appropriately
Courteously answers the phone and directs calls to the correct department or staff
Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures
Checks appointment locations and directs guests to an appropriate office or departmental area
Completes assignments supporting Leadership by designated deadlines
Monitors patients and visitors in lobby area
Coordinates with Admissions, EVS, Facilities Department, and Security as appropriate
