Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work four days a week, Monday through Thursday from 7:40 AM to 5:00 PM
  • adaptable to travel between Lexington and Georgetown locations
  • friendly and detail-oriented personality
  • previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • experience preferred in dental or orthodontic offices
  • team player with positive attitude
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to adapt to work in multiple locations
  • proficiency with phone and email communication
  • basic knowledge of billing and insurance processes desirable

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly
  • check patients in
  • answer patient questions
  • schedule and confirm appointments
  • manage appointment calendar
  • ensure smooth patient flow
  • handle phone calls
  • respond to emails
  • manage patient records with confidentiality
  • process payments
  • handle insurance claims
  • assist patients with billing inquiries
  • support clinical team with administrative tasks
  • organize and maintain the front desk area
