The Front Desk Receptionist position at Touchmark is a full-time role with a PM shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, including weekends and holidays as needed. The role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime with an hourly pay rate ranging from $17.50 to $18.50. As the welcoming face of the community, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. You will be responsible for creating a positive and lasting first impression, ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently, and supporting overall community safety, communication, and daily operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional, patient, and tactful communication style
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
