We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis working the AM day shift, which includes weekends and holidays as needed. This non-exempt position offers hourly pay ranging from $17.50 to $18.50 and eligibility for overtime. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the vital first point of contact within the community, responsible for creating positive and lasting impressions on residents, families, guests, and staff members. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- professional, patient, and tactful communication style
- ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
