Job Description

Mindful Therapy Group is a prominent company dedicated to supporting therapists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners in establishing private practices by alleviating administrative burdens. Founded in 2011, this organization has grown remarkably, partnering with over 2,500 independent mental health care providers across more than 20 locations. Mindful Therapy Group specializes in providing high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services, enabling mental health professionals to focus on delivering exceptional care rather than managing the complexities associated with running a private practice. The company is known for its commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering environment, making it a leader in the mental health service industry. Its progressive workplace culture emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and outstanding customer service, while offering opportunities for professional development and career growth. Mindful Therapy Group is an equal opportunity employer and values diverse applicants from all fields, reflecting its inclusive, forward-thinking approach. Background checks are a requirement, ensuring a secure and trustworthy workplace for all employees. It is important to note that employees cannot be current clients of the company to avoid conflicts of interest.

The role available is a full-time position that involves rotating shifts with some occasional weekend work, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, supportive environments and are motivated to build skills that will enhance their career. Candidates with customer service experience, particularly those with backgrounds in restaurant or hospitality industries, are encouraged to apply. The key responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day administrative operations essential to the smooth running of the business. The successful candidate will be involved in tasks such as answering phone calls, engaging with clients in person and via email, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, managing front desk activities, scheduling appointments, and supporting mental health providers with various administrative requests. Additionally, verifying client insurance benefits is a crucial component of the role. Mindful Therapy Group offers motivated and talented employees opportunities for leadership training and advancement, reflecting its dedication to nurturing internal talent. The position requires flexibility to work during the company’s business hours, which run Monday through Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Employees who join the team become part of a vibrant and dedicated group making a meaningful impact in the mental health field through excellent service and administrative support.
