Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a medical front desk or receptionist role preferred
- excellent computer proficiency and typing skills
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- customer service experience
- knowledge of electronic health records systems preferred
- understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
- ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in patient interactions

- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
- strong teamwork mindset with dedication to patient care
- professional and courteous communication with patients and clinical staff

Job Duties
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and courteous attitude toward all patients
- answer incoming phone calls and accurately relay messages
- register new and returning patients according to clinic protocols
- schedule appointments and manage cancellations, confirmations, and no-shows
- collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- perform data entry and maintain patient information in the clinic management system
- support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
