Job Description
CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT is a well-established company operating within the golf course and club management industry. Known for its commitment to excellence and providing exceptional service, the company manages premier golf clubs that offer a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests alike. Century Golf Partners focuses on delivering top-tier experiences through meticulous attention to detail and quality service, enhancing the atmosphere of the clubhouses it oversees. With a strong reputation in the leisure and hospitality sector, the company emphasizes professionalism, customer service, and operational efficiency in all its managed facilities.
The Receptionist-Concierge role at Century Golf Partners Management is a vital position within the clubhouse environment, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and members. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, as the receptionist will handle incoming calls, relay messages accurately, and manage mail services. Beyond traditional receptionist duties, the role also involves multi-tasking administrative tasks, maintaining organizational files, updating important club communication such as marquees and phone lists, and supporting other departments with various assignments.
As the face of the clubhouse, the Receptionist-Concierge must maintain a courteous and welcoming presence, ensuring every interaction reflects the club's standards of hospitality and professionalism. The candidate must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effective human relations skills, and the capacity to manage multiple phone lines and responsibilities simultaneously. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured business casual environment and enjoys working collaboratively with others in a dynamic clubhouse setting.
The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, good clerical skills including typing at a speed of 40 words per minute, and proficiency in English with strong spelling and punctuation. A pleasant telephone voice and clear handwriting are essential to communicate effectively across various club communications. Professional appearance and grooming consistent with company guidelines are mandatory to uphold the club’s distinguished image.
This role also demands physical endurance to sit for extended periods and mental agility to juggle various duties including answering multiple phone lines and managing priority mail deliveries. While the position description covers the core responsibilities, the Receptionist-Concierge must also be adaptable to perform other related duties as assigned by management, ensuring smooth clubhouse operations and sustained member satisfaction. Overall, this position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a role in hospitality management where interpersonal skills and administrative competence are valued and rewarded.
