Job Duties
- Greet guests and answer telephone for the golf course courteously while determining their needs and directing them to the proper person or office
- general administrative duties as assigned
- receives, sorts, and posts all incoming mail from post office and courier services
- may receive all outgoing mail for postage and delivery
- let departments or assistants know when priority shipments arrive and when they arrive to the lobby area
- update marquee as needed
- update phone list for the course when needed
- maintains organizational files and records
- arranges for meetings and conferences
- assists other departments as requested or assigned
- performs related duties as required
