Job Description

Our medical office is a dedicated healthcare facility specializing in diagnostic imaging and neurology services, committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a well-established medical practice, we prioritize patient comfort, accurate diagnostics, and professional service in all interactions. Our team is composed of skilled healthcare professionals who work collaboratively to ensure the highest standard of care. We value diversity in our workplace and strive to maintain an inclusive environment where every staff member's contribution is appreciated and respected. The facility is equipped with modern technology and adheres strictly to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and data security.

We are currently seeking a highly competent Front Desk Receptionist Bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, which is often the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role is full-time and requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, superior organizational talents, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally, manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments accurately, and ensure patient records are maintained with confidentiality and precision.

In addition to routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry, the receptionist will also assist in patient registration and check-in processes. Given the sensitive nature of medical data, familiarity with electronic health record systems and a working knowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to nervous system pathology, will greatly enhance task execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence, essential skills for dealing effectively with mobility-challenged patients and managing high-stress situations on the telephone.

This position demands a proactive individual who can adapt to evolving technologies and office procedures to keep pace with the demands of modern medical practices. The ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff will be vital in ensuring seamless operations and patient satisfaction. This role offers a rewarding career path within a respected medical facility committed to growth and professional development. We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment that values balance and respects employee contributions.
