Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with executives and guests
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to independently problem-solve and make decisions
  • High professionalism and reliability
  • Proficient with multi-line phones and Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors and callers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage multi-line phone system and promptly route calls
  • Coordinate visitor access and maintain security protocols
  • Handle scheduling and calendar appointments for meetings and conference rooms
  • Assist with meeting coordination, catering, and vendor management as needed
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front office
  • Resolve issues independently using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
