Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with executives and guests
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently problem-solve and make decisions
- High professionalism and reliability
- Proficient with multi-line phones and Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors and callers in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage multi-line phone system and promptly route calls
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain security protocols
- Handle scheduling and calendar appointments for meetings and conference rooms
- Assist with meeting coordination, catering, and vendor management as needed
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front office
- Resolve issues independently using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
