The role of PRN Front Desk Receptionist & Scheduler is crucial to the center’s patient-focused operations. This position entails creating a welcoming first impression for patients and their families by providing excellent customer service and support. Responsibilities include greeting patients upon arrival, managing incoming phone calls, performing insurance verifications, processing cash collections, and handling patient charts accurately and securely. As a Surgery Scheduler, the individual plays a key role in coordinating surgical appointments, maintaining the daily surgery schedule, and collaborating with doctors’ offices and operating room staff. This role requires strategic problem solving to optimize scheduling efficiency while ensuring high standards of patient care and service are upheld.

The position offers flexibility as a PRN role with working hours adapted to the facility’s needs. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, varying by experience. Job Duties
