Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services
- highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- experience with design tools like Canva, Publisher, or others is a plus
- comfortable with reservation systems and office equipment
- professional demeanor, polished appearance, discretion, and passion for member service
- proficiency in OpenTable, MembersFirst, Google Sheets, QuickPass, Ring Central, Jonas, and Adobe preferred

Job Duties
- greet members and guests warmly with personalized attention
- manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and inquiries
- design and print menus and signage for dining outlets and events
- facilitate communication between departments
- update reservation lists and coordinate large party bookings
- stock supplies and troubleshoot technical issues
- follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace
