Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using reservation systems and office equipment
  • Professional demeanor and discretion
  • Passion for member service

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services
  • Experience with private clubs or luxury hospitality preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Publisher is a plus
  • Comfortable with reservation management systems and office equipment
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance
  • Knowledge of OpenTable, MembersFirst, Google Sheets, QuickPass, Ring Central, Jonas, and Adobe preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests warmly, managing front desk communications including calls and emails
  • Maintain an organized and tidy workspace
  • Design and print menus and signage for dining and events
  • Facilitate communication between departments
  • Update reservation lists and coordinate large party bookings and special requests
  • Stock supplies and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Follow safety protocols while maintaining professionalism
