Job Requirements

At least three years of experience working in an office setting
Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone operations
Entry level Excel skills
Ability to greet clients professionally in person and over the phone
Must be able to commute or relocate to Hampton, VA
Availability for full-time work from 9 am to 5 pm
No college degree required

Open new client files
Schedule appointments efficiently
Perform light typing tasks
Manage basic data entry and database assignments
