Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficient in using office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and printers
  • familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus
  • attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
