Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- maintain professionalism during all interactions
- pass required drug and alcohol testing
- pass background checks
- able to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- occasional evening and weekend availability
- capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, squat, reach, kneel, push and pull as needed
Job Qualifications

- experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism and poise under pressure
- basic proficiency in office equipment and clerical tasks

- willingness to attend trainings and comply with company policies
Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests
- determine the purpose of each visitor and direct or escort them to appropriate locations
- answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff
- take messages and schedule appointments
- receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- distribute items accordingly
- perform administrative and clerical support tasks
- carry out basic filing and recordkeeping
- maintain poise and focus under time constraints and adverse conditions
- attend and complete required trainings
- pass all required drug and alcohol testing and background checks
- schedule, package, and ship items through FedEx
- order, receive, and distribute uniforms
- scan job books
- set up breakrooms daily
- maintain stock for conference rooms and clean up after meetings
- maintain printers and supply paper, toner and stock
- assist office manager with PNC receipts
- perform other related duties as assigned
