Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in front desk or receptionist roles preferred
- proficient with office software applications
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- capacity to work Monday to Friday full-time
- attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications
- experience in data entry and administrative duties is essential
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- strong attention to detail with good proofreading skills
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
