Job Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail conscious
- Outgoing, warm, friendly personality
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents
- Commitment to confidentiality and security
- Ability to multi-task
- Respect confidentiality of all resident and staff information
- Prior experience working nights preferred
- Commitment to customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and direct all incoming visitors and guests
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Assist residents, guests, and team members with inquiries or assistance
- Maintain a professional and friendly front desk environment
- Provide accurate information to prospective residents and team members
- Ensure confidentiality and security of resident and staff information
- Multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
