Job Duties

Ensure the Arch Amenities Group Experience for members and guests by maintaining standards set in Basics to Excellence, mission statement, and brand standards
Adhere to facility and company policies
Report incidents or accidents to the Facility Manager
Submit paperwork and financial reports according to policy
Develop and maintain department maintenance procedures and checklists
Maintain monthly inventory of supplies and products
Become knowledgeable about the facility and amenities to communicate effectively with members and guests
Ensure facility access is restricted to authorized members and guests, maintaining safety and security
Greet every guest with a smile and direct eye contact
Go the extra mile by assisting with reservations, directions, and inquiries
Use time efficiently by checking equipment, locker rooms, and inventory
Keep front desk area clear of clutter and personal effects
Inform coworkers of pertinent information at shift end and update staff communication book
Notify facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues
Enroll members in programs and make reservations for services
Receive payments for goods and services, reconcile sales and deposits
Assist staff with lifting and storing equipment and preparing for events
Perform additional duties as assigned
