Job Duties
- Ensure the Arch Amenities Group Experience for members and guests by maintaining standards set in Basics to Excellence, mission statement, and brand standards
- Adhere to facility and company policies
- Report incidents or accidents to the Facility Manager
- Submit paperwork and financial reports according to policy
- Develop and maintain department maintenance procedures and checklists
- Maintain monthly inventory of supplies and products
- Become knowledgeable about the facility and amenities to communicate effectively with members and guests
- Ensure facility access is restricted to authorized members and guests, maintaining safety and security
- Greet every guest with a smile and direct eye contact
- Go the extra mile by assisting with reservations, directions, and inquiries
- Use time efficiently by checking equipment, locker rooms, and inventory
- Keep front desk area clear of clutter and personal effects
- Inform coworkers of pertinent information at shift end and update staff communication book
- Notify facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues
- Enroll members in programs and make reservations for services
- Receive payments for goods and services, reconcile sales and deposits
- Assist staff with lifting and storing equipment and preparing for events
- Perform additional duties as assigned
