Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- customer-focused attitude
- willingness to learn about grooming and beverage offerings
- availability for morning and evening shifts
- ability to work in person at Portland, ME location
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

- managing phone calls and appointment scheduling

- collaborating with barbers and staff to coordinate appointments and client preferences
