Job Duties

  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all reports are accurate
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
  • Process reservations and cancellations through various channels, ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests
